Valná hromada AKO a CFKO se uspořádá přes systém pro videokonference-Google Meet. Datum konání: 9. 1. 2021 od 10:00 do 11:00 (AKO), od 11:05 do 12:00 (CFKO). Všichni účastníci valné hromady budou muset splňovat tyto podmínky:
Musí mít počítač s internetovým připojením, mikrofon, webkamera je doporučena, sluchátka jsou doporučeny (aby nebyla ozvěna), přihlášený google účet. Pokud nebude účastník mít přístup k počítači tak lze také využít mobilní zařízení či tablet u kterých bude potřeba: internetové připojení, sluchátka jsou doporučeny (aby nebyla ozvěna), přihlášený google účet, aplikaci google meet.
Videokonferenci bude řídit Alex Bultaev přes google účet CFKO, všem účastníkům bude zaslán odkaz na videokonferenci. Osu!

Dear sport friends! We must accept the fact that the tournament will be affected by the measures of the Government of the Czech Republic against the spread of the Covid – 19. We are currently negotiating with the National Sports Agency in the Czech Republic on special conditions for conducting the tournament: stricter hygienic conditions, the probability of the need for a Covid–19 antigen test and the conditions for entry of athletes with a visa requirement in the Czech Republic.
